QBR automation creates a quarterly business review from configured customer data and a reusable template. With Matik, the user chooses the account, reporting period and other required inputs; source queries populate metrics and charts, while customer context guides the editable narrative.
A Matik business review can use connected CRM, warehouse, BI and spreadsheet data, such as account details, product usage and agreed outcome measures. An admin configures the sources and queries for the template. The generated review includes the metrics that setup supplies; it does not discover every customer outcome automatically.
Configured source queries and calculation logic supply the metrics in Matik’s data-driven templates. The same source values and query inputs produce the same configured metrics. AI-assisted takeaways can vary and should be reviewed against the underlying evidence before the customer meeting.
Yes. Customer goals, meeting notes and the account owner’s context can guide Matik’s Narrative Agent. The account owner then reviews and edits the generated explanation, recommendations and presentation to fit the customer conversation.
No. Once an admin has configured and published the template, CSMs provide the required inputs instead of writing a query for each review. Admins maintain the data connections, calculation logic and approved template.
Yes. Matik can generate editable Google Slides and PowerPoint presentations. You can refine the customer narrative and next steps in the generated file. Those edits do not change the underlying team template or automatically synchronize other generated reviews.
Savings depend on the review and the team’s setup. In Matik’s published 2023 Asana story, Asana reported saving around two hours per business review and creating eight times as many business reviews per month. These are Asana’s reported results, not a guaranteed saving for every team.
